Features

Adopting a vertical structure design, the pump shaft is vertically upward, making the pump body have a small footprint and a compact structure.

It can be adjusted by changing the speed, adjusting the impeller diameter, altering the outlet valve, to meet various operational needs.

The pump body, impeller, and wear plate are cast from wear-resistant materials, which can improve the durability and service life of the pump.

1. Overview

Our LP-type long-shaft vertical drainage pump is mainly used for pumping sewage or wastewater that is non-corrosive, has a temperature below 60°C, and contains suspended solids (excluding fibers and non-abrasive particles) at a concentration of less than 150mg/L.

The LP-type long-shaft vertical drainage pump is an enhanced version of the LP-type, featuring an added shaft-protecting sleeve through which lubricating water flows. It can pump sewage or wastewater with a temperature below 60°C and containing certain solid particles (such as iron filings, fine sand, coal dust, etc.).

It is widely used in municipal engineering, metallurgy and steel production, mining, chemical and paper industries, water supply, power plants, farmland water conservancy projects, and other fields, suitable for various scenarios requiring efficient drainage.

 Transmission Device: The transmission device includes thrust bearings capable of effectively withstanding both axial and radial forces generated during pump operation. The shaft seal adopts a combination of a skeleton oil seal and a felt oil seal to ensure stable operation of the transmission device.
