1. Overview
The YCBZ series, a portable high-flow permanent-magnet axial-flow pump, applies the energy-saving PM motors and extremely light aluminum alloy material for pump body. The stepless speed-regulation functionality under vector variable-frequency control, and the lightweight and portability features make it an optimal drainage equipment for managing emergency flood disasters, repairing pipeline networks, temporarily drainage diversion, river dredging and drainage operations, sewage treatment plants reparation, and fishponds emptying.
The pump case, constructed from high-strength aluminum alloy, is lightweight, facilitating manual handling. It negates the need for a foundation, thereby reducing costs, and offers convenient and rapid installation, with the added benefit of easy relocation as required. The water outlet features a quick-connect hose joint, ensuring swift installation and ease of operation. The water delivery pipe utilizes a lined fire hose, which is lightweight and exhibits excellent coiling properties. The monolithic structure design guarantees long-lasting seals and bearings, ensuring reliable operation. A filter screen is installed at the water inlet, and an anti-clogging impeller is utilized to guarantee uninterrupted pump operation. It can be directly connected to a temporary generator set or other available power for operation, offering a plug-and-play experience and eliminating the complexity of on-site wiring.
